Hot Chorizo

Chorizo is a type of pork sausage made with natural casings, a method used since Roman times. Originating in Europe, Chorizo is a fermented, cured and smoked sausage, which may be sliced and eaten without cooking, or added as an ingredient to add flavour to other dishes. Made to a traditional European recipe and also commonly known as the Hungarian Csabai (Cha-Buy).
